Doppio Zero Management is happy to announce the arrival of distinguished Neapolitan Pizzaiolo, Antonio Greco. Antonio will serve as the head Pizzaiolo at our San Francisco location.

Antonio brings over 10 years of experience from some of Naples most famous pizzerias (I.e., Pizzeria Da Michele, Pizzeria Del Presidente, Don Ernesto, and Pizzeria Antonio & Antonio). Antonio is a touted member of the Pizzaiolo Verace (Real Pizzaiolo) list joining fellow Doppio Zero member Alberto Sannino. This list consists of the top Neapolitan Pizzamakers in the world vetted by Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana, a highly regarded association highlighting the most authentic Italian Pizzerias in the world (Click Here to View Doppio Zero’s Page).  

Antonio is famously known for making a pizza delivered to the Pope in 2015 during his visit to Naples (View Article). After years of learning from the best in Italy, he is excited for the opportunity of working at Doppio Zero and showcasing his skills to the San Francisco Bay Area.
